Fauzia Salman is the first Christian woman to have joined the civil service of Pakistan. She has seventeen years administrative experience of working at different positions in both the Federal and Provincial governments. She was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship (2006-2008) for Masters in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
She is presently working as the Chief Postmaster Lahore GPO. She believes that provision of quality education can uplift the deprived sections of society. She serves as the Chairperson of the Presbyterian Education Board in Pakistan and is a member of the Board of Governors of Kinnaird College, Lahore
